Webmail problems

The maintenance on Clean Access - the system that authenticates computer connections to Rice's
wired network - is complete.

Tonight at 6PM, IT will perform maintenance on Clean Access - the system that authenticates computer connections to Rice's
wired network. No service interruptions are anticipated.

IT networking has been alerted to a network switch down in Baker College. The root cause is unknown at this time, however we are enroute and will restore service as soon as possible. - Danny Eaton (x5233, dannyeaton@rice.edu).

OnBase, the campus document imaging and workflow system, will be offline for a 10 minute maintenance window tonight (November 7) from 7PM to 7:10PM.
