As a result of the water issues in Brown College, and subsequent power resets,  the network switches in the basement of Brown College were offline for approximately 15 minutes.   OIT Network Management / Technical Services worked in conjunction with FEP Operations to ensure everything returned to service.  If you have issues connecting to the network reboot your device, and if it continues please call the IT Service Help Desk or contact your SCC.  Thank YOU!  – Danny Eaton (ext 5233, dannyeaton@rice.edu)
