OIT Networking has completed maintenance on the network access software.  If you are experiencing problems accessing the network, please reboot your workstation.  If the issue persists, contact the Help Desk (x4357) for further assistance.

OIT Networking will be performing maintenance on a network access application. During this time, network connectivity will be intermittent in some buildings on the campus.  Notification will be sent at completion.

The upgrades to the Shibboleth SSO system are complete. If you experience any issues, please contact the OIT Help Desk at helpdesk@rice.edu or x4357.

The scheduled Shibboleth service upgrades will begin at 5:00am. No service outage is expected.

The Central Email System maintenance has been completed
and Email services are now available. If you experience issues,
please contact the Help Desk at x4357, or email helpdesk@rice.edu
with "IMAP" in the subject line.

This will impact all campus Email services. A second OITalert
will be sent when the maintenance has been completed and
services have been restored.
