A network switch in Duncan Hall has encountered a problem resulting a partial outage on the area serviced by this switch. All network services has been restored. Please contact the Mudd Ops x4989 if you continue to have network issues.

Networking will be performing an emergency maintenance to one of the switch in Hanszen College which is experiencing heating issues. There will be a partial network outage in the building as we perform the maintenance. We expect to complete this activity in about 15-20 mins. 


OIT IAM Kerberos Maintenance is now complete. Please report any issues to the Help Desk (x4357).

A switch in the RMC basement rebooted. All network services have been restored. Networking is investigating the root cause.

IBC Telephone System Restored

The telephone switch in the IBC build is experiencing issues. 

Calls to and from the IBC Building are not going through.  Calls to extensions within the building are working.

The OIT-Telecom team is working on restoring services as soon as possible.

UPDATE: 1:09pm.  Software needs to be reinstalled.  Expect to take 60-90 minutes.

RESOLVED: 2:52PM  IBC Phone Services have been restored.
