One Service Unit corresponds to one core-hour on the system DAVinCI. Normalization will be applied from the following table of relative benchmarking where DAViNCI=1.0.

Note: PI condo discount applies to all service units consumed by the PI’s team in a given month up to the size of the condo and the PI is charged full cost for service units consumed above and beyond the size of condo in a given month.
Note: Billing occurs monthly. PI and user annual fees are billed at 1/12th the above PI and user rate for the month if and only if that sponsor has active login accounts for the month in question. There is no extra user fee charge for a user to have login accounts on multiple systems. Active login accounts can be disabled by respective sponsor using the user management portal here
